The PBSN was incorporated on October 9, 1998. Later that same month the first Board of Directors Meeting was held in Pittsburgh, PA. During that meeting the Officers were elected by the Board. The following is the contact information for the current officers and Directors.

organization with 501(c)3 determination under sections
170(b)(1)(A)(vi) and 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code,
issued in May 2001.
